Responsibilities
Lead Corporate Services category engagements, with a particular focus on Insurance and related risk management services, building strong relationships across procurement, finance, legal, HR, and business leadership to drive strategy and sourcing outcomes
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape insurance and broader corporate services strategies that balance cost, coverage, service quality, risk mitigation, and operational effectiveness
Analyze spend, supplier usage, coverage structures, and service models across insurance and related corporate services categories to identify savings, optimization opportunities, and areas of commercial or operational improvement
Develop sourcing and category strategies for insurance programs, including broker services, carrier relationships, policy placement, renewals, and related advisory or support services
Design and optimize supplier ecosystems across corporate services, including insurance brokers, carriers, third-party administrators, consultants, and other specialized providers, with clear governance frameworks and performance expectations
Lead commercial negotiations with brokers, carriers, and other corporate services suppliers, including fees, commissions, service structures, coverage terms, and contractual provisions
Develop and execute sourcing events such as RFPs, supplier consolidation efforts, panel design, and renewal negotiations across insurance and adjacent corporate services categories
Provide strategic guidance on market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and risk-transfer solutions to support informed business decision-making
Mentor junior team members and support the development of category expertise, commercial acumen, and consulting capabilities within Corporate Services
While Insurance will be a key focus area, the role is expected to expand over time into other Corporate Services categories, so experience across adjacent services categories is also highly relevant
Your Experience
Experience sourcing or managing Corporate Services categories, with meaningful exposure to Insurance, risk management, broker services, or related supplier environments
Strong understanding of insurance program structures, broker and carrier models, policy placement processes, renewals, fee and commission arrangements, and supplier governance
Prior experience working at an insurance broker is highly desirable
Experience leading complex stakeholder engagements involving procurement, finance, legal, HR, and business or operational leadership
Experience designing sourcing strategies, running competitive processes, and driving value across insurance and broader corporate services categories
Ability to challenge incumbent supplier models and identify opportunities to improve cost, coverage, service quality, and governance

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
