Senior Procurement Consultant - Contingent Workers

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead contingent workforce and HR/Talent category engagements, building relationships across procurement, HR, talent acquisition, and business leadership to drive strategy and sourcing outcomes
· Partner with HR leadership and senior executives to shape contingent workforce strategies that balance cost, talent access, compliance, and operational flexibility
· Analyze contingent labor spend, workforce composition, and supplier utilization to identify cost savings and workforce optimization opportunities
· Design sourcing strategies for contingent workforce programs including MSP, VMS, staffing supplier panels, and independent contractor models
· Design and optimize contingent workforce supplier ecosystems, including MSP providers, staffing agencies, and niche labor suppliers, establishing governance frameworks and performance expectations
· Lead commercial negotiations with MSP providers, staffing suppliers, and other HR suppliers including rate cards, markups, program fees, and contract structures
· Develop and execute sourcing events (RFPs, supplier consolidation, panel design)
· Mentor junior team members and support development of category expertise and consulting capabilities
Your Experience: utilities, buildings, contracting, marking
· Experience sourcing or managing contingent workforce programs including MSP providers, staffing suppliers, or VMS platforms
· Strong understanding of contingent labor program models, rate cards, supplier markups, and workforce program governance
· Experience leading complex stakeholder engagements involving procurement, HR, and operational leadership
· Experience designing sourcing strategies for external labor including supplier panels, MSP programs, and workforce cost optimization
· Ability to challenge existing workforce models and drive program improvements and cost savings
· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to analyze workforce spend and communicate insights clearly
· Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
