Key Responsibilities

• Drive value for our clients by designing and executing strategic sourcing plans that meet demanding timelines and budgets.
• Utilise best practice category management tools and techniques to develop targeted strategies to unlock value and enhance performance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate procurement and delivery risks.
• Maintain deep market insight through strong supplier relationships and external horizon scanning.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align procurement goals with the broader business strategy.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep commercial acumen and hands on experience in direct procurement of raw materials, ingredients, or soft commodities
• A background in Food, FMCG, Commodities, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Proven team leadership and a collaborative, people-first mindset.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
