Talent Acquisition Specialist – London (Europe Focus)

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London team on a hybrid basis, focused on hiring across Europe. This internal role covers full-cycle recruitment for experienced and graduate hires, on-boarding, and broader talent initiatives. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver a high-impact recruitment experience and support strategic growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across European markets, from sourcing to on-boarding
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Help drive experienced hire and graduate recruitment strategies, including university engagement
- Create exceptional candidate experiences and maintain long-term talent pipelines
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and reporting
- Support recruitment marketing, diversity initiatives, and global talent projects
- Maintain and optimise use of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
About You:
- 3+ years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in consultancy, professional services or similar recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment systems
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Degree educated with ideally with some knowledge of Graduate recruitment and university partnerships – Although training will be given
